TikTok rate card template (2026)

A TikTok rate card is not an Instagram card with the logo swapped. Price native video from 30-day median views, put Spark and paid usage on their own lines, and state revisions and payment before you film. Copy the structure below and swap in your medians.

This page is not legal, tax, financial, or other professional advice. For a live deal, talk to a lawyer and a tax or finance specialist in your jurisdiction — BlueRateCard is not either.

Example dollars assume ~20,000 median views. Scale with your median; ask a lawyer/tax specialist before relying on clause language.

What a TikTok card must show

Brands skim for views, SKUs, and whether Spark is already baked in. Lead with dated stats, then packages with revision counts, then add-ons. Keep Shop/affiliate as a separate block if you offer it — do not mash it into the content fee.

Sample packages (swap your dollars)

Illustrative at ~20k median views. One revision round included on Starter and Growth. Campaign gets two rounds because two videos mean twice the feedback risk.

TierIncludesExample price
Starter1 native TikTok · 1 revision round · organic only$400
Growth2 native TikToks · 1 revision round each · organic$750
UGC-only1 edited video delivered · no post on your account$320
Spark 30dAuth on a named video ID · spend cap in writing+50% of that video

UGC-only is production, not audience. Do not price it as a cheap “TikTok” if they also want you to post.

Native TikTok (organic)$4001 revision included
Spark Ads 30 days+$200Named ID; revoke day 31
Paid usage (their ad account) 30d+$160 (40%)Ads as them — not Spark

If they only fund $400, you post organic only — no Spark code, no file licence for ads.

What this card is not

  • Not a follower CPM blog table — your median views win.
  • Not Meta whitelisting language pasted onto TikTok.
  • Not unlimited revisions until the brand “feels it.”
  • Not a media kit (proof lives separately or above the SKUs on one link).

TikTok rate card questions

+What belongs on a TikTok rate card that an Instagram card misses?

Native in-feed video SKUs, optional TikTok Shop / affiliate lines if you do them, and Spark Ads as its own add-on with an end date and spend cap. Do not copy an IG whitelist line onto TikTok — Spark is the product.

+Should TikTok rates use followers or 30-day median views?

Median views. List the last 8–15 videos (or 30 days), sort views, take the middle. Print the pull date. Followers are a size filter; views price the SKU.

+Is Spark included in the video fee on a TikTok rate card?

No. Organic post is one line. Spark authorization windows (TikTok’s UI offers 7, 30, 60, or 365 days) are another. “$400 includes Spark” is how you gift media rights.

+How many revisions should a TikTok package include?

One revision round on standard packages. A new hook or reshoot is a new video. Price extra rounds as an add-on.

+How is this different from a TikTok micro brand-deal guide?

That guide prices one deal band. This page is the full public card structure — tiers, add-ons, terms — you can host as a link.
