Guide

Creator content package pricing template

Give brands three named bundles instead of a 20-line menu dump. Build each tier from real SKUs, discount lightly vs the sum, spell revisions and usage, and keep platform rate cards underneath for à la carte.

Figures and workflows here are illustrations, not financial, tax, or accounting advice. Talk to a tax or finance specialist in your jurisdiction before you invoice, set payment terms, or treat a number as a rate you should charge.

Illustrative dollars assume Reel $650, TikTok native $400, Stories sequence $220. Replace with your card.

CampaignGrowth + bio 14d + 1 carousel$1,490+$180+$520 = $2,190$1,927

Each tier: 1 revision round per asset, organic only, 14-day post window. Usage and exclusivity are toggles on top.

If they only want IG+TT same spine, compare against the cross-post package page — do not double-sell the same posts.

What this template is not

  • Not a replacement for platform-specific cards (Spark, mid-roll, Shorts).
  • Not unlimited assets because the tier has a fancy name.
  • Not perpetual rights.

Naming

Use Starter / Growth / Campaign or Bronze / Silver / Gold — then define counts. Names without numbers are decoration.

Payment

Packages are prepaid. Platform payment hold or deposit before the first shoot date.

Content package template questions

+What is a creator content package template?

A three-tier menu (Starter / Growth / Campaign) that bundles formats across platforms with clear revision and usage defaults — so brands pick a bundle instead of à la carte chaos.

+How is this different from an Instagram or TikTok rate card?

Platform cards list SKUs for one network. This template is the cross-platform bundle layer you put above those SKUs.

+Should packages discount heavily vs singles?

About 10–15% off the sum of included lines — enough to nudge the bundle, not enough to train brands to only buy packages at half price.

+Do packages include paid usage?

State it. Default: organic only; Campaign tier may include a short usage window — still write the % and days.

+How many revisions per package?

One round per deliverable unless the tier says two. Extra rounds are overage, not “because it’s a package.”
